Charles F. Saacke

Charles F. Saacke received his undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College of Law in 1978 and was admitted to the Bar that year. He is a member of the South Bay, County, and State Bar Associations, the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, and the Southern California Mediation Association.

After receiving his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army and prior to being admitted to practice law in California, Mr. Saacke worked in engineering related fields with Ingersoll-Rand Company and Otis Elevator Company. After completion of law school, Chuck joined Bob McNulty and shortly thereafter became an associate and then a partner in the law firm of Ramsey & McNulty. In 1987, he was a founding partner and eventually managing partner with McNulty & Saacke until Mr. McNulty’s leaving the firm when it was renamed The Saacke Law Group.

Through involvement with target defendants, Mr. Saacke has spearheaded the development of our suspicious claim specialty. He has handled hundreds of claims and numerous trials in this area, as well as developing our data base to assist in screening questionable claims.

Mr. Saacke’s specific areas of specialty are in products liability, premises liability, general tort litigation and insurance coverage in the trucking industry. He is an experienced mediator having received his initial training through Pepperdine University, and he devotes a good portion of his practice to this specialty.
