William C. “Skee” Saacke was born and raised in Torrance, California. He attended the University of California, Irvine, where he was named to the Dean’s List, and twice name a Big West Scholar Athlete for his participation in Varsity Crew. He obtained a Bachelors of Arts from UCI in 1992, and thereafter attended Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review for two years. He obtained a Juris Doctor from Southwestern in 1995.
Following law school, Mr. Saacke worked for three years with Haight, Brown & Bonesteel, LLP, in Santa Monica, California, as a civil litigation attorney responsible for handling cases involving products liability, personal injury, and business disputes. In 1998, Mr. Saacke began work as a Staff Attorney for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Federated States of Micronesia. In that capacity, he assisted the nation’s highest court in analyzing and ruling upon civil and criminal matters. Mr. Saacke was also a volunteer instructor of criminal law and legal research and writing courses for the College of Micronesia’s Trial Counselor Certificate program. In 1999, Mr. Saacke joined Keesal, Young & Logan in Long Beach, California, as a civil litigation attorney, responsible for handling mortgage banking, securities and maritime law cases.
In 2001, Mr. Saacke joined McNulty & Saacke. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation involving real estate, securities and investment loss, and personal injury. Mr. Saacke is a member of the State Bars of California and Nevada, and is admitted to practice in all State and District Courts of California and Nevada. He has served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach and the Board of Governors of the Long Beach Bar Association.
