Mr. Saacke who has had years of experience as an application engineer prior to becoming an attorney, is a graduate engineer in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. The firm’s litigation experience in this area includes alleged vehicle defects involving lift gates, seat belts, gas caps, steering mechanisms, wheels and fuel systems; machine tools, including punch presses, steel rolling equipment, drilling and boring machinery; miscellaneous machinery and equipment such as elevators, escalators, washing machines, rototillers, power tools and accessories; and also consumer products including campers, shoes, coffee makers, children’s toys and food products.
